How The Guarantee Works (For Meta Ads)

After 60-90 days (depending on your package), we measure your ROAS (Return on Ad Spend):

Let's say you choose the Growth Package:

Service fee: ₹18,000/month × 3 months = ₹54,000 total
Your ad spend: ₹3,00,000
Revenue generated: ₹4,50,000
ROAS: 1.5x (₹4,50,000 ÷ ₹3,00,000)

Result: Since ROAS is between 1-2x, you get ₹27,000 refund (50% of ₹54,000)

Your net cost = ₹27,000 for professional Meta Ads management that generated ₹4.5 lakhs in revenue. Still profitable for you!

How We Calculate ROAS

ROAS Formula: Total Revenue ÷ Total Ad Spend

What counts as "Revenue":

For e-commerce: Total sales attributed to Meta Ads (tracked via Facebook Pixel)
For service businesses: Value of confirmed bookings/leads from Meta Ads
For lead generation: Number of qualified leads × your average customer value

What counts as "Ad Spend":

The money you spent directly on Facebook/Instagram ads
Does NOT include our service fee (that's separate)

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Evaluation Period: 60 days for Launch package, 90 days for Growth/Scale packages
Minimum Ad Spend: You must maintain the recommended ad spend for your package
Conversion Tracking: Facebook Pixel must be properly installed and tracking conversions
Product/Service Quality: Your product/service must be legitimate and deliverable
Creative Assets: You must provide or approve creatives within reasonable timelines
Claim Process: Refund claims must be made within 15 days of evaluation period ending
Documentation: You'll receive detailed performance reports showing exact ROAS calculations

What's NOT Covered by Guarantee

Refunds don't include the ad spend itself (only our service fee)
If you pause campaigns or reduce ad spend below recommendations
If you don't implement our recommendations (landing page fixes, offer improvements, etc.)
Force majeure events (platform policy changes, ad account bans due to policy violations, etc.)

Q: What if my ROAS is 1.9x - very close to 2x?

A: The terms are clear: below 2x = 50% refund. However, I'll work with you to optimize and potentially extend the evaluation period to help you cross 2x.

Q: Do you offer guarantees for SEO too?

A: SEO results take 4-6 months to materialize fully, so I don't offer refund guarantees for SEO. However, I do guarantee specific deliverables (keyword rankings, technical fixes, content creation) and full transparency in reporting.

Q: What if Facebook changes their algorithm or policies mid-campaign?

A: I'll adapt the strategy accordingly. However, if there's a major platform change that makes advertising impossible (extremely rare), that would fall under force majeure and the guarantee wouldn't apply.

Q: How do I claim a refund if eligible?
